CURRENT ENDEAVORS

Currently shooting movie stills for JC Hopkins. Pretty exciting stuff.

LAZY BONES

I'm not sure if I've been too lazy or too busy to post, but either way I'm back. In the mean time I've finished and started a few new projects. Here's what I've been up to...

TRUE BLOOD

Well, I held out for as long as I could. Now that my Mom pays for Netflix I find myself watching all sorts of things. I've found that there is nothing more gratifying than having a good laugh alone.

I was back in Kentucky when I watched the series premiere on Showtime. I got as far as two and a half episodes before giving up. Maybe I had my expectations set too high as far as the acting goes but still it's a visually stunning collaboration. I will always be loyal to Alan Ball, and True Blood is no exception.

Truly Amazing

Really inspirational stuff. In the small book he wrote, Pausch managed to pack in some of life's most valuable lessons. I've already learned a lot from this truly amazing man.

NPR Radio Presents

Absolutely amazing. Everyone must watch. NOW. GO. NETFLIX. WATCH INSTANTLY.

Out with the OLD. In with the NEW. Thank god it was only a tribute they whitewashed.

Sad but true. The Keith Haring tribute mural, once located on Bowery and East Houston is gone.

Originally Keith Haring painted this mural in 1982.

The tribute was painted in commemoration of what would have been the artists 50th birthday back in 2008. In its place now stands a new mural.

Painted by Os Gemeos("The Twins"), Otavio and Gustavo Pandolfo from Sao Paulo, Brazil. The sick pair have a number of other works around the world. Although it was sad to see a childhood favorite go. Thank god it was only a tribute they whitewashed. Welcome to New York Os Gemeos.

CALIFORNICATION

After falling in love with Hank Moody(David Duchovny) I did a little research about the actor. What I found was an entire Twitter page devoted to the whereabouts of Duchovny and wife Téa Leoni. Most of which take place in their Upper East Side neighborhood. As creepy as this is I found myself reading the first page of tweets, trying to find a pattern in his daily regiment. I don't know what bothers me more, the fact that this Twitter page exists or that I don't live on the Upper East Side anymore.
